We are looking for someone who is excited to join a high‑impact data team within the broader A&G Content Operations function — the group responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the company’s content systems and data foundations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes working with high‑volume datasets, using a mix of SQL, Python, and data‑handling tools to diagnose issues, identify trends and patterns, and help shape the future of our content data ecosystem. Proficiency in English Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience It would be great if you also had . . .   Experience with writing optimal queries to retrieve data from various databases Hands-on experience using Python/R for data manipulation Exposure to Machine Learning concepts Experience applying advanced statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, time series, clustering) and conducting hypothesis testing. Practical experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, S3, Databricks, or using cloud APIs for data extraction and processing. Academic or scientific research domain knowledge Experience building dashboards and advanced data visualizations What will you be doing in this role?  Analyze datasets using SQL, R, or Python to apply insights, identify trends, and address business challenges.  Create and modify reports and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, organizing data to communicate effectively to decision-makers.  Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and adapt insights into actionable solutions.  Implement statistical analyses, including regression models and forecasting, to analyze key trends.  Plan and participate in the development and implementation of data automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.  Ensure the accuracy and quality of data through organized validation processes and adherence to data governance principles.  Stay engaged with industry trends and continuously adapt by recommending improvements to the data analytics process as necessary.  About the Team    The team consists of two core groups: One focused on product ownership, and The other dedicated to deep data analysis and operational insights, where this new role sits. You would be joining a collaborative, hands‑on environment where data is at the heart of decision‑making. The team handles large‑scale data operations, supports onboarding of new data sources, and drives continuous improvements in data quality and system performance. Hours of Work   This is a permanent, full‑time role with standard EMEA working hours (9:00–17:00). While the core schedule is consistent, the position does require occasional flexibility to collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple time zones. This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
