We are looking for a passionate Senior Paralegal Analyst to join our Trademark Service Operation Team in Belgrade. In this role, you will manage global filings, communicate with clients and foreign counsel, and ensure that all trademark processes run smoothly. We’re seeking someone who enjoys working within a collaborative team environment and takes pride in delivering high‑quality work. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise while contributing to a dynamic international team. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments     Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 2 years of experience working in an IP field Proficient level of English language Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) It would be great if you also have. . .     Paralegal qualification or IP training/certificates Prior experience managing Trademarks portfolio Knowledge of additional foreign languages What will you be doing in this role?   Manage and support all aspects of the trademark portfolio, including client onboarding, responding to inquiries, overseeing filings and maintenance, and coordinating with foreign counsel. Coordinate global trademark filings, draft and convey instructions, review and respond to correspondence, and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements. Monitor prosecution and maintenance deadlines, supervise portfolio reports and document execution, and ensure accuracy across all filings and invoices. Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and participate in cross‑team projects aimed at elevating operational standards. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of trademark records, resolve data inconsistencies, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant systems, tools, and requirements. Mentor colleagues, support onboarding, provide training, and act as deputy supervisors when needed, including workload coordination and meeting leadership. Contribute to special projects, handle confidential materials with professionalism, and support broader IP‑related initiatives as required.
