Job Summary Drive and support the factory so it has the right resources (machinery, people etc.) and competence to achieve long term sustainable business results. End-to-end supply chain responsible as well as responsible for the overall performance and development of the factory. Job Description: • Secure overall performance, output and development of the factory. • Secure safety of the people, processes and manufactured/delivered products (quality, delivery, cost). • Decide and implement the Vital Few for the factory. • Implement policies, standards, values and culture. • Secure result of continuous improvement activities. • Implement and maintain supply chain processes. • Initiate supplier development activities together with central support functions. • Coordinate new product development. Can include Site responsibility: • Lead and develop the Site. • Co-ordinate site shared functions, such as HR, Finance, Real estate etc. • Responsible for common site activities. • Being the local Alfa Laval representative and contact person. • Union contacts. This job profile is selected when factory deliveries are between 30 - 116 MEUR and number of employees between 50 - 200. Both criteria should be fulfilled.
