Key responsibilities of position (Job Description) Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services. Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer. Create and actively follow up transactional quotes. Proactive looking for upselling opportunities. Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs. Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions. Requirements / Qualification 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Support (preferred) Preferred to have experience in CRM/ERP systems Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English Demonstrates agility, strong decision-making, and a proactive drive for results Excels in customer focus, collaboration, networking, and continuous learning Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials)
