Scrum Master The Opportunity: Coach a development team on Scrum principles and help the team focus on sprint goals and achieving their highest performance level to ensure the Scrum project is successfully progressed. Apply advanced consult ing skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor or supervise team members, as needed. You Have: 4+ years of experience in a Scrum master or requirements analyst role Experience with requirement or business analysis Knowledge of Jira Ability to lead Agile transformation effort Ability to work collaboratively to establish enterprise Agile processes for a large program Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor's degree Agile Certification Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client . Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
