Product and systems are mostly under BU HGS, which includes but not limited to boiler. Commissioning locations are mostly within China Mainland, but rarely worldwide. Inspection, service and troubleshooting tasks on product and systems. Investigative activities in connection with commissioning, service jobs onboard ships. Training of shipcrew and shipyard staff in connection with commissioning and onboard voyage Completion of reports within employee's duites as required by the Company or department. Sales-support activities in connection with quotations and searching for new customers and jobs. Other allied jobs, which are assigned by the Company/supervisor from time to time. What you know: Knowledge & Skills : Marine Engineering background with good hands-on electrical and mechanical technical skills. (Degree in Electrical Marine Engineering and/or with a sailing experience as Electrical Officer also acceptable.) It is preferred if you have worked for minimum 3 years as a Marine Engineer; It is preferred if you have knowledge about boiler, especially have wide insight on mechanism, control systems and component. Fluent in both oral and written English is preferred. Experience in coordination and planning of a mobile work force. Attitude : Flexible can do and will do attitude. Service minded and customer oriented. Independent and situational Able to display high levels of trust, reliability and most importantly, confidentiality. Target oriented, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Familiar with the most common Microsoft products Willing to travel within China frequently.
