You will be an integral part of the engineering branch to assist the government in ensuring space, ground, and user segments and external stakeholders are integrated successfully to meet user’s needs. You Have:   10+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD satellite systems or ground systems  5+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews, including SRR, SDR and SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, and PCA  2+ years of experience performing risk management on space, ground, sof tware, or hardware system Major Defense Acquisition Programs  Experience identifying, analyzing, and proposing program risks, issues, and opportunities, and managing handling plans  Experience using Micro sof t Office programs, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook  Experience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering or digital engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines  Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission  Ability to effectively communicate, work collaboratively on a cross functional team and independently, and demonstrate an initiative to complete complex tasks to achieve program goals in a fast-paced environment  Secret clearance  Bachelor's degree  Nice If You Have:   2+ years of experience with space acquisition  Experience with GPS, PNT, or NAVWAR  Experience with a sof tware program utilizing Agile met hodologies  Experience with Confluence or Jira Experience working with sof tware factories or DevSecOps pipelines  Ability to learn and solve problems quickly and creatively  TS / SCI clearance  Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS Agile Certification such as CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, or ICP Certification INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification Clearance:   Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ;   Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
