As a Systems Engineer on our team, you’ll have the chance to design systems encompassing multiple engineering disciplines in support of many different client missions. You Have: Experience maintaining system security, including applying patches and configuring equipment, and managing dependencies Experience with requirements discovery and refinement with clients Ability to reconcile client needs with delivery timelines TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience with systems engineering, integration, or administration, or 6+ years of experience with systems engineering, integration or administration in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Experience working on hardware or sof tware development projects, including end-to-end lifecycle and test engineering or Quality Assurance ( QA ) Experience configuring and deploying thin or zero-clients Experience with process improvement Ability to problem-solve and work well on a team Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
