The Portfolio Delivery Manager leads the  end-to-end  delivery of strategic SaaS portfolio initiatives, ensuring alignment with business  objectives  and smooth execution across teams. As part of the Value Management Office (VMO), the Portfolio Delivery Manager plays a critical role in enabling predictable, efficient, and  customer - stream management principles, and partners closely with Release Managers and Epic Demand Managers. As part of the Value Management Office (VMO), the Portfolio Delivery Manager plays a critical role in enabling predictable, efficient, and  customer - centric  product delivery.     Key Responsibilities   Own  end-to- end - t o - end delivery for large scale SaaS portfolio epics, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer adoption.   Facilitate prioritization and epic sizing using Agile estimation techniques.   Visualize and  optimize  flow of value across the portfolio using  value  stream  management and Kanban practices.   Lead continuous improvement efforts and introduce modern, innovative SaaS delivery practices.   Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and performance insights to executives and  cross  functional  partners.   Identify , manage, and mitigate  cross team  dependencies and risks. Coach leaders on improving enterprise delivery flow and  value  based  execution.   Use engineering intelligence tools to generate actionable insights that improve portfolio performance.   Required Qualifications   Proven experience as a Portfolio Delivery Manager or Senior Delivery Manager in a SaaS environment.   Strong  cross functional   collaboration skills  with the ability to build relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.   Expertise  using enterprise portfolio management platforms (e.g., Jira Align).   Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and compliance considerations in regulated industries.   Proficiency  in  cloud native  environments and DevOps workflows.   Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and  data-driven decision- making  capa bilities.   Preferred Qualifications   Experience with engineering intelligence tools such as Jellyfish.   Certifications such as  PfMP ,  SAFe  LPM, Enterprise Kanban, or similar.   Experience working in  high  growth  SaaS or technology environments.   Statement to Third Party Agencies To ALL recruitment agencies: Candescent only accepts resumes from agencies on the preferred supplier list.
