Your role will be integral to our Business Intelligence and Reporting initiatives, where your   expertise   in data structures and platform integrations will play a key role. Support and   optimize   data processes to enable agile, data-driven decision-making for our clients.   Key Responsibilities:   Participate in developing a long-term project in the field of investment banking    Create and   maintain   data structures for reporting systems, ensuring integrity and performance    Develop and   optimize   data exchanges and integrations between various platforms    Design, develop, and improve stored procedures, functions, and scripts for data operations    Optimize   database and query performance through indexing, tuning, and troubleshooting    Collaborate on data modeling, database design, and data warehousing architecture    Build and enhance ETL processes to support efficient data movement    Conduct source-to-target data mapping exercises for   accurate   data integration    Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand and fulfill business needs    Work within a distributed international team    Follow the Scrum/Agile   methodology   Your Profile:   Expert knowledge of SQL with extensive hands-on experience in MS SQL Server or Redshift platforms    Strong understanding of relational database management system (RDBMS) concepts    Proven experience in developing stored procedures, functions, and scripting for databases    Deep   expertise   in query performance optimization, including indexing and tuning    Solid background in data warehousing concepts and best practices    Experience in data modeling and database design principles    Skilled in developing ETL workflows for data movement between systems    Curious and relentless problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills   Plus   if you have:     Experience working with AWS tools    Familiarity with BI tools    Background in the financial services industry   What’s   in it for you:     Competitive compensation package based on experience and skills    Stable work environment with opportunities for professional growth    Supportive team and collaborative work culture    Flexible hours and hybrid work options for a balanced work-life experience    Private health insurance plan    Access to continuous training, accredited certifications, unlimited Udemy courses, and other resources to support your professional development    FitPass   membership promoting well-being and mental health    Comprehensive Referral Rewards Program   For any   additional   information or questions, feel free to reach out to us at   Recruitment-Serbia@synechron.com .     Note:   One prerequisite for this position is that the prospective candidate must   possess   a valid work permit for Serbia.     We appreciate the interest of all applicants.
