About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Angular Developer with a strong background in Angular, TypeScript, and web development to lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality, scalable frontend solutions. The ideal candidate will guide technical development, mentor junior team members, and ensure timely project delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Technical Development & Code Quality Develop and review Angular code, ensuring adherence to best practices. Write unit tests and perform comprehensive code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Stay updated on latest Angular features, tools, and methodologies, sharing best practices with the team. Skills & Experience Extensive experience with Angular , TypeScript , and related web development technologies. Proven track record of leading a team in delivering large-scale software solutions. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum . Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Day-to-Day Activities Lead team meetings, coordinate project schedules, and set priorities. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical support. Act as the technical owner of projects, ensuring quality and timeliness. Develop code, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. Qualification Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Demonstrable Angular development experience with leadership responsibilities. Strong leadership and communication skills. Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong team-player attitude with excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive, results-driven, and focused on delivering high-quality solutions. Ability to mentor and develop junior talent effectively.
