Job Summary Synechron is seeking a skilled React Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing innovative web applications that align with business objectives. This position is crucial for delivering high-quality digital solutions that enhance user experience and drive organizational growth. The React Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, maintainable, and efficient software products. Software Requirements Proficiency in React JS (version 16.8 or higher) and Redux for state management Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for data integration Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and related web technologies Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub Understanding of Agile development methodologies Preferred: Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks Required: Ability to write clean, scalable, and testable code Overall Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain React-based web applications Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate requirements into technical solutions Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to team members Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance Contribute to continuous improvement processes and stay updated with emerging technologies Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to deliver high-quality software Technical Skills (By Category) Programming Languages: Required - JavaScript (ES6+); Preferred - TypeScript Frameworks and Libraries: Required - React.js, Redux; Preferred - Next.js Data Management: Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL Development Tools: Git, GitHub, npm/yarn, Visual Studio Code Development Methodologies: Agile, Scrum Testing Frameworks: Jest, Mocha Cloud Technologies: Not mandatory but a plus Security Protocols: Basic understanding of secure coding practices Experience Requirements Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in React development Proven track record of delivering scalable web applications Demonstrable experience working within cross-functional teams Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha Alternative pathways: Extensive experience in front-end development with similar technologies may be considered Day-to-Day Activities Write, review, and maintain React code according to project requirements Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver feature specifications Conduct troubleshooting and resolve application issues Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions Continually update technical knowledge to incorporate the latest web technologies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Additional certifications in React.js or related frameworks are advantageous Continuous learning and professional development are encouraged Professional Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges Effective communication and collaboration abilities for team integration High attention to detail and commitment to code quality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Adaptability to evolving project requirements and new technologies S​ YNECHRON’S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT   Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
