Experience - 10 - 15 Years We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Program Manager to lead and manage complex technical projects with a strong emphasis on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge across front-end, back-end, and middleware technologies, along with experience in coding languages such as Golang and Node.js. The TPM will also play a key role in effort estimation, proposals, customer technical discussions, and project status reporting, while providing overall program leadership and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Lead and orchestrate end-to-end technical projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Engage directly in technical tasks, including architecture reviews, code reviews, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables. Conduct technical discussions with customers to gather requirements, present solutions, and address technical challenges. Prepare effort estimates, detailed proposals, and feasibility analyses for new projects. Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Facilitate communication between technical teams and senior management to ensure alignment. Maintain expertise in front-end, back-end, middleware, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), data platforms, and AI technologies. Support continuous improvement initiatives through process automation, tooling, and best practices. Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience in front-end, back-end, and middleware development. Strong coding skills in Golang and Node.js. Deep understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including services, architecture, and best practices. Knowledge of data platforms and artificial intelligence is highly desirable. Proficiency in effort estimation, proposal preparation, and technical documentation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold technical discussions with clients and internal teams. Experience in project management, including risk management and status reporting. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred. Preferred Skills: Certifications in AWS or cloud architecture. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
