Job Summary Synechron is seeking a highly experienced .NET Developer to oversee the design, development, and management of enterprise-grade applications within the Microsoft technology stack. This role involves providing technical leadership to development teams, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. The candidate will contribute to strategic initiatives by delivering performant, secure, and maintainable applications aligned with organizational goals and industry regulations. Software Requirements Required: Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core (version 3.1 or higher) (8+ years) Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC , Web API , and Entity Framework Proven experience leading application development projects and development teams Hands-on expertise in SQL Server or Azure SQL Database , including schema design and query optimization Proficiency with version control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps Repos Experience supporting CI/CD pipeline automation using tools like Jenkins , Azure DevOps , or TeamCity Familiarity with cloud deployment on Azure or AWS supporting .NET applications Preferred: Experience with frontend technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js Knowledge of containerization tools : Docker, Kubernetes Support for DevSecOps practices and application security standards (OWASP, TLS, data encryption) Overall Responsibilities Lead the architecture design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-quality enterprise applications using C# and ASP.NET Drive the technical roadmap, enforce coding standards, review code, and guide best engineering practices Collaborate with product managers, architects, and security teams to gather requirements and formulate solutions Manage application security, data integrity, and compliance to industry standards including security best practices Support system upgrades, cloud migration, and continuous deployment strategies Troubleshoot technical issues promptly, perform root cause analysis, and implement system optimizations Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote knowledge sharing across the team Support performance tuning, security hardening, and operational resilience initiatives Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectures, APIs, and deployment procedures Technical Skills (By Category) Programming Languages & Frameworks (Essential): C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core, latest supported version) ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Front-End Technologies (Preferred): Angular, React, or Vue.js for building responsive user interfaces Databases & Data Management: SQL Server, Azure SQL, or similar relational databases Schema design, query tuning, and data security practices Cloud Platforms & Containers: Azure or AWS cloud deployment for scalable, managed services Docker, Kubernetes (preferred) DevOps & Automation: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, TeamCity for CI/CD pipeline automation Version control: Git, Azure Repos Security & Compliance: Application security practices, TLS/SSL, data encryption, OAuth2/JWT protocols Experience Requirements 8+ years of application development experience supporting scalable enterprise applications Proven expertise leading development teams and managing end-to-end application delivery Experience designing, coding, and deploying secure applications in cloud or hybrid environments Industry experience in finance, banking, or regulated industries is advantageous Day-to-Day Activities Architect, develop, and support enterprise applications and APIs Write, review, and optimize scalable, maintainable code in C# and ASP.NET Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into technical solutions Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments Support deployment pipelines and cloud migration activities Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions Document architecture diagrams, API specifications, and deployment strategies Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior developers Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years supporting enterprise application development in a cloud-enabled environment Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer or similar are a plus Proven success in delivering secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise applications Professional Competencies Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities for complex application issues Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical documentation Leadership qualities to mentor team members and enforce development standards Strategic thinking supported by business alignment and security best practices Adaptability to evolving technologies, security standards, and enterprise needs Focused on delivering high-quality, high-performance, and secure software solutions S​ YNECHRON’S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT   Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
