We are seeking a skilled AWS Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), excellent Python development skills, and robust database expertise. Additionally, a solid understanding of capital markets, including Fixed Income instruments, and related concepts is essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy scalable applications on AWS cloud platform Write clean, efficient, and reliable Python code Design, implement, and optimize databases Work with relational, columnar, and vector databases to meet project requirements Apply best practices in database design and architecture Develop solutions related to capital markets and Fixed Income instruments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Requirements: Minimum of 6+ years of experience B.E. engineering or equivalent qualification Proven experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure Strong Python programming skills Extensive database knowledge, including relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), columnar databases (Amazon Redshift, Apache Parquet), and vector databases Good understanding of database schema design and optimization Knowledge of capital markets, including Fixed Income instruments Willingness to work in the 12 PM to 9 PM shift Knowledge of financial concepts related to capital markets is a plus Knowledge of software development best practices and design principles Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: AWS certifications Experience with data modeling and data warehousing Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of financial instruments and capital markets S​ YNECHRON’S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT   Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
