You will lead complex cross-module designs and upgrades, own critical decisions as the functional authority, and mentor junior analysts. Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure quality delivery across projects and support activities.     Key Responsibilities:   Lead complex gap analysis and cross-domain designs   Direct L3 resolution for high-impact incidents and drive permanent solutions   Mentor junior BAs and review specifications, test assets, and release documentation   Engage with other SCD teams and manage stakeholder relationships   Local e scalation   point   for incidents      Your Profile:   5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst or   in a   similar position   Expert ise   in Insurance Accounting   is a plus , ideally knowledge   in   SimCorp   Dimension   (or other comparable solution)   functional landscape and accounting/instruments   Excellent stakeholder management (Ops, Finance, Risk, IT)     What We Offer:   Competitive salary based on your experience and skills   Flexible hybrid working model supporting work-life balance   Access to continuous development through training and certifications   Private health insurance plan   FitPass   membership to support your well-being and mental health support programs   Comprehensive Referral Rewards Program      Note:   Possession of a valid work permit for Serbia is a requirement for this position.   We appreciate the interest of all applicants.
