What we offer you     You have completed your studies or are about to do so and are looking forward to contributing your acquired knowledge and creative ideas to us without committing yourself to a specific job? You will be supported by experienced colleagues from the Marketing & Sales, Sustainability and Strategy departments. In addition, managers will mentor you and you will develop your technical and methodological skills on the job and off the job in workshops and seminars. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a project on social and sustainability issues. These activities will take place together with other Evonik trainees. You can intensify your international skills during a three-month stay abroad. The 18-month trainee program offers you the opportunity to start a management career in the Evonik Group.
