We will design the structure of the program together with you, individually tailored to your strengths and interests. Starting on November 1, 2026 , you will work on exciting and challenging projects across various departments and business units of the company. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a project focusing on social and/or sustainability topics. These activities will take place together with other Evonik trainees. A three‑month stay abroad is also an integral part of the program. Embedded in the company’s network, you will learn from the best and be supported by a senior leader who will act as your mentor.
