VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN Unterstützung bei der laufenden arbeitsrechtlichen Beratung der Personal- und anderer Unternehmensbereiche Unterstützung bei der Vertretung der Konzernunternehmen in arbeitsrechtlichen Auseinandersetzungen (gerichtlich und außergerichtlich) Aufbereitung und Kommunikation neuester arbeits- und sozialrechtlicher Gesetzgebung und Rechtsprechung Konzeption und Erstellung von arbeitsvertraglichen Regelungen und kollektivrechtlichen Vereinbarungen Gutachterliche Ausarbeitung zu aktuellen individual und kollektivrechtlichen Fragestellungen Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Hinweisen auf dem Gebiet der HR-Compliance inklusive der Einleitung der daraus erforderlichen Aktivitäten (insbesondere interne Ermittlungen, Prüfung und Umsetzung von Disziplinarmaßnahmen) Begleitung von Restrukturierungs- und M&A-Projekten ANFORDERUNGEN 1. juristisches Staatsexamen (mindestens "befriedigend") Gute Vorkenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht wünschenswert Interesse an unternehmerischen Fragestellungen Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge Einsatzfreude, Teamgeist, Kreativität und Kommunikationsstärke Your Application   To ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our  careers  portal .
