Sie steuern operative und strategische Aufgaben und stellen gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern einen gesetzeskonformen und reibungslosen Sicherheitsbetrieb sicher. Führungsaufgaben Leitung, Gestaltung und Entwicklung der Werkschutzabteilung Personal- und Kostenstellenplanung Einsatzleitung Werkschutz und Einhaltung der HS&E-Richtlinien Projekte & Strategien Sicherstellung des reibungslosen und gesetzeskonformen Betriebs des Werkschutzes Entwicklung von Sicherheitskonzepte und Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung des Security-Managements (Sicherheitssysteme, Schließanlagen, etc.) Gremienarbeit Vertretung gegenüber Gremien und Sicherheitsbehörden Interessenvertretung des Standorts im Expertenkreis Werkschutz Anforderungen Qualifikation : Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sicherheitsfachkraft mit Meister für Schutz & Sicherheit Berufserfahrung : Fundierte Erfahrung in einem sicherheitsrelevanten Tätigkeitsbereich Erfahrung : Führungserfahrung, Kenntnisse Security-Managements, Projekte Kenntnisse : Vertraut mit Sicherheitssystemen und Schließanlagen Sprachkenntnisse : Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse Soft Skills: Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen, Hands‑on‑Mentalität sowie ausgeprägter Kommunikations‑ und Kooperationsfähigkeit Your Application   To ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our  careers  portal .
