Verantwortlichkeiten Eigenverantwortliche Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts sowie entsprechend Wochenplanung Vertretung des Produktionsleiters bei dessen Abwesenheit Selbstständige Vorbereitung der Produktion (z. B. Herstellung von Nährmedien) Durchführung der Produktion (z. B. biotechnologische Gewinnung von Materialien) Produktionsnachbereitung (u. a. Konfektionieren, Verpacken, Etikettieren der Produkte, Reinigen der Produktionsanlagen) Gewährleistung reibungsloser Abläufe durch termin- und qualitätsgerechte Vorbereitung der Produktionsmittel Eigenständige Durchführung visueller Qualitätskontrollen Anforderungen Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Biologisch-technischer Assistent Lebensmitteltechniker Chemisch-technischer Assistent bzw. entsprechende Berufserfahrung oder Weiterbildung Erfahrungen mit Arbeiten unter hohen Hygieneanforderungen und im Reinraum Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem Bedienen von Maschinen Erfahrungen als Schichtleiter erwünscht Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt sowie Genauigkeit Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit Your Application   To ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our  careers  portal .
