Performs general periodic maintenance and repairs on all plant mechanical systems such as gear boxes, conveyors, elevators, pumps, compressors, valves, etc. Carry out failure analysis, identify root cause and recommend corrective actions. Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the immediate supervisor. Adheres to Company policies and work requirements and works in accordance with Company HSE Management Systems.  Ensure good house keeping within work place. Attends safety meetings and makes safety suggestions. Observes safety rules and regulations and reports unsafe conditions and act. Co-operates in devising safety equipment, guards and appliances. Execute regular maintenance schedule on all equipment from standpoint of safety. Identify potential hazards in workplace and reports unsafe conditions or act. Execute and support all ISO SYSTEMS assigned duties.  Responsible for the safe repair, fabrication or maintenance of mechanical systems. Support the production plant on a 24-hour basis. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of NTC (class II) Nitec certificate or equivalent and at least 3-5 years of industrial experience Safe work Practice Work as a team and communicate with all plant personnel. Able to trouble shoot Knowledge and able to overhaul plant equipment - Furnace steel conveyor belts,  All type of rotating equipment, Welding and fabrication work.
