It starts with YOU.  The IFP Asia RGM Lead will be responsible for delivering RGM outcomes, significantly elevate capability, and implement the right governance for Asia ABU for both the consumer and professional business es. Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Responsible for delivering R GM outcomes, significantly elevate capability, and implement the right governance for Asia ABU for both the consumer and professional businesses. Lead a team of revenue growth management experts to identify Net Realized Revenue opportunities in Asia ABU across strategic pricing, PPA, Mix management, Promo and Terms Optimization. Build the governance backbone of RGM across Asia. Identify and implement R GM best practices and opportunities within Asia to deliver R GM roadmap for execution with cluster teams. Lead the tracking and analysis of R GM performance across Clusters, providing actionable insights for improvement. Provide thought leadership in R GM and lead R GM capability building programs for finance & commercial teams. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Essential requirements 10 years’ experience in FMCG. Broad multi-channel experience preferably in established FMCG and/or Retail in the Asia region. Strong Commercial knowledge required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda with proven results. Hands-on leader capable of operationalizing a strategy and manage its execution with excellence. At least 3 years experience in commercial leadership roles (either marketing or sales) preferred.
