We are looking for a Sales & Service Representative located in Bossier City, OK to support the Plunger Lift Business. What You Will Do: Using technical knowledge of the plunger lift products and services to sell, deliver, install and maintain company products and services by developing new prospects and accounts. Develop optimization solutions through the plunger lift product and services to address customer needs. Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction; researches and provides forecasting for sales activities in the assigned sales territory or account. Develops strong customer relationships. Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines. Identifies, researches, and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business. Responds to customer concerns about the company and its products. Knows and enforces compliance with all safety policies and procedures. Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture. Effectively uses sales tools and processes to promote an efficient and effective sales process. Other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the oil & gas industry. Plunger Lift sales, installation and automation experience. Familiar with the installation, programming and troubleshooting of short-range radio communications. Strong written and oral communication skills Strong negation skills Ability to troubleshot customer issues, and provide solutions Abilit to use a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Strong motivation to learn the plunger and gas lift automation installation business - Sets and achieves challenging goals; Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles. Valid driver's license in state of residence required.
