EHS Specialist Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and implement OSHA regulations, ensure adherence to company policies and federal requirements. Safety Programs: Develop and improve site-level safety procedures, participate in safety audits, and drive continuous improvement in safety monitoring. Incident Management: Perform incident analysis, compile documentation, and serve on the emergency response team. Environmental Compliance: Conduct inspections and provide training related to air, waste, and hazardous materials management. Preferred Qualifications: Education & Experience: Associate's Degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to wear PPE, and understanding of hazardous materials. Certifications: Basic EMT or First Aid, CPR, AED, Bloodborne Pathogen training preferred.
