What You Will Do: Sells company products and services by developing new prospects and accounts. Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction; researches and provides forecasting for sale activities in the assigned sales territory or account. Develops strong customer relationships. Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines. Identifies, researches, and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business. Responds to customer concerns about the company and its products. Knows and enforces compliance with all safety policies and procedures.  Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture. Provides leadership and mentoring to less experienced sales representatives. Effectively uses sales tools and processes to promote an efficient and effective sales process.  Knowledge of products and experience in Artificial Lift Systems Maintains confidentiality of all matters. Other duties as required.  Pre-Employment Requirements: Drug and Alcohol Test Criminal Background Check MVR Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Two years outside sales experience Two years’ experience in Artificial Lift Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to follow written and oral instructions. Good math and analytical skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Physical Demands: The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to pick, feel, and/or inspect material. The employee will also reach with arms and hands as needed. Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
