Role Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Administrator to join our Flowserve Business Service Center Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data across multiple ERP systems, supporting business processes, and contributing to high-quality financial operations. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and compliant master data in ERP systems Handle requests and inquiries within agreed SLAs Support master data governance, data quality, and audit activities Collaborate with business and IT partners to ensure data consistency and control compliance Produce regular reports (KPIs, audit data, dashboards) Provide guidance and training to junior colleagues Participate in improvement initiatives, transitions, and projects Keep process documentation up-to-date and suggest enhancements Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience in data validation, data migration. Economics, Finance, IT secondary studies or ongoing/finished degree (Economics advantage) Strong English skills; additional languages are a plus ERP (SAP/Oracle) experience Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail Team-oriented approach, supportive mindset, and adaptability to change If you are passionate about data accuracy, process excellence, and working in an international, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
