For our service department in Wiener Neudorf, we are looking for a repair technician (m/f/x) for our pumps in full time. Role Summary: In this position you will repair the pumps, define the reasons for the break down and the necessary parts to change.  You support our customer in the use of our products and how to increase the operational time. Your tasks: Repair and service work on pumps in the workshop and at the customer site Disassembly, fault analysis, and troubleshooting of all types of pumps (primarily in the workshop). Replacement of mechanical and spare parts. Reworking of metallic pump components. Proper assembly of pumps and pump units, including leak testing and touch-up painting. Preparation of protocols and service reports. Commissioning and installation checks of units and pumps at the customer’s site. Inspection and assessment of the safety chain on ATEX machines. Goods receipt, incoming inspection, packaging, and shipping. Maintenance and care of existing machines, tools (including service truck), and safety equipment (including PPE). Your profile:      Completed apprenticeship as mechanical technician. Several years of experience, especially with customers. Qualification for certain electrical tasks. Safety knowledge or certification (i.e. SCC). Good knowledge of MS Office. Good English knowledge. Solution-oriented, team player. Hands-on mentality. Independent, reliable, eager to learn. Ability to work responsibly and accurately. Willingness to work in the field at home and abroad. Class B driver’s license. Forklift license. Required information pursuant to section 9 of the Austrian Treatment Act (GleichbehandlungsG): Minimum yearly gross remuneration as per collective agreement from € 26.000,00 p.a. upwards – overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience. The pay range for this role is per year.
