Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Ledger Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, in compliance with US GAAP and internal policies. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across our accounting operations. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive finance team committed to excellence and innovation. Your role: Manage day-to-day general ledger activities, including posting journal entries, processing accruals, and performing account reconciliations Oversee and ensure timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes Prepare and review financial statements and reports in accordance with US GAAP Conduct general ledger account analysis and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure data accuracy Develop, maintain, and execute SOX controls and process documentation Provide accurate and timely information to support internal and external audits Collaborate closely with other finance functions to streamline and improve accounting processes Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial analysis and reporting Your profile: Possess CPA certification or hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field Ideally 1 years of relevant accounting experience in General Ledger/Record to Report Strong command of English, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Flexibility to adapt to process changes and business needs Preferred skills/experience: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Knowledge of Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics GP Understanding of US GAAP What we offer: Competitive compensation and benefits.
