The core responsibilities of the role are: Lead project planning, define scope, and develop comprehensive plans with stakeholders Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary Communicate project status, changes, and reports effectively to all stakeholders. Bridge business and technical teams, leveraging basic development understanding to ensure project feasibility and quality. Continuous Improvement: Identifies opportunities to enhance control measures, process improvements through delivery of low-code no-code solutions, and implements risk mitigation strategies. Your skills and experience Bachelor’s Degree of Finance or Business related course Proven experience in project management, preferably within finance within a global investment or commercial bank, financial institution or financial services industry Ability to assess complex processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies and recommended control or process improvements and high level of accuracy in reviewing documentation, control testing and issue resolution Experienced with working with diverse teams, departments and stakeholders Good knowledge or familiarity on low-code no-code tools (ie.
