We are looking for a Project Documentation at Flowserve Responsibilities: Customer support regarding documentation requirements Creation of standard and project documentation, from clarification of the requirements to execution in coordination with the departments Support of order processing in the creation of internal and external status reports as well as customer expediting in terms of order / project progress Monthly progress reports, etc. Independent operation of customer portals in accordance with documentation requirements and coordination with our IT in terms of access / installation / authorizations to these portals Support and cooperation PMO in the development of new procedures for project-related documentation requirements as well as documentation of procedures and processes Procurement of documentation for third-party products ​ Requirements: BE in Mechanical Engineering in the relevant field and around 3+ years of relevant experience Basic technical knowledge / good technical understanding Good knowledge of MS Office Willingness to familiarize yourself with new internal and customer-specific programs for creating documentation Independent and structured way of working Very good communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a team, commitment and flexibility good Field of expertise – Documentation, Quality control, Planning, Procurement, supply chain, order entry Communication Skills – Excellent level Software’s – MS office(Intermediate level) Others   – SAP, PMP, Windchill, Oracle, OEPDMS 2.0
