Are you technically strong, service-oriented, and, after a thorough on-the-job training program, ready to play a key role in our growing organization? As a Junior Work Planner Service & Repair at Flowserve, you'll be the central point of contact for customers and colleagues. You'll ensure that repairs, modifications, and field service activities for valves, shut-off valves, and actuators run smoothly and professionally. With your technical insight, communication skills, and organizational talent, you'll turn every customer request into a success. Are you ready for this job? Your role In this versatile role, you'll be at the heart of operations. You: are the point of contact for internal and external customers, primarily from the (petro)chemical industry in the Benelux and Europe; oversee the DCIQ process (Disassemble, Clean, Inspect & Quote) for all valves we receive; identify required spare parts for overhaul, modification, and price analysis; collect and analyse technical data from valves, shut-off valves, and actuators (such as parts lists, drawings, and manuals); translate damage reports and customer needs into a clear and comprehensive repair proposal, which is then developed into a quote; maintain contact with external suppliers, coordinate lead times, and follow up on outsourced repairs; manage the entire quotation process and ensure a smooth handover to order processing and the workshop; Your profile We are looking for someone with strong technical and organizational skills. You have: A Level 4 Engineering Technician or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; 0-2 years of experience or a relevant internship in an operational role; Knowledge of or affinity for valve and drive technology and industrial maintenance; Strong communication skills in Dutch and English ; A hands-on mentality and proactive approach; You are energized by an environment where technology, service, and customer contact converge. What we offer In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive 8% holiday allowance and a 5% year-end bonus. You have 40 days off with a full-time contract (27+13 ADV). A pleasant workplace where everyone knows each other. The position requires product knowledge. This is offered through an internal training program, both domestically and internationally. Furthermore, you can count on daily support from an experienced international team.
