Monitors and evaluates CDI team performance, providing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities. Gets the right stuff done & Drive Change: Develops and implements CDI strategies to enhance documentation quality, provider engagement, and HCC capture accuracy. Oversees audit and quality assurance processes to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Establishes policies, procedures, and best practices for outpatient CDI operations and workflow optimization. Oversees, leads and/or assists with provider education initiatives on accurate documentation practices, risk adjustment coding, and/or review audit findings. Strategic Thinking Assists with strategic planning, developing, and implementing budgetary processes for CDI functions, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and financial oversight Influence & Communication Collaborates with medical staff, coding professionals, and compliance to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory adherence. Represents CDI Department on various committees/forums. Develops and assists with monitoring organization applicable metrics related to CDI impact on risk adjustment and revenue integrity and collaborates with Senior CDI Manager, CDI Director, and/or Sr Director of NP Ed and Strategy Collaborates with Health Information Management to ensure proper reimbursement. The Salary Range for the role is $70,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year.       If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
