Role summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive General Ledger Accountant with strong expertise in general ledger accounting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.   Your role: Manage day-to day general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals and reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings. Responsible for US GAAP accounting, reporting and analyses of data and other ad hoc requests for information Performing general ledger account analysis and Balance Sheet account reconciliations Prepare SOX controls Create and maintain process documentation Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and explanations. Collaborate with other finance functions to streamline accounting processes Your profile: BS or BA Degree in relevant field  Ideally 5 years of relevant experience Good command of English Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Basic knowledge and experience using ERP systems (e.g. Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics GP, Oracle, SAP) is an advantage Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with stakeholders Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Flexibility and ability to cope with process changes What we offer you: Friendly multicultural environment and team events Life, accident and health insurance Cafeteria Package Career development and training opportunity Opportunity for hybrid work Why Join Us?
