Role Summary: As a F ield S ervice T echnician (M/F/ T ), you will perform commissioning, customer training, maintenance, and repair work on-site at customers' locations in Germany, and occasionally abroad (worldwide).   From your home office, you will primarily support our mechatronic pumps/pump systems (e.g., " SIHIdry " / " SIHIboost ") in the Frankfurt/Mannheim/Kaiserslautern/Heidelberg region.     Your Role :   Field service, mainly throughout Germany and occasionally abroad (worldwide)   Carrying out commissioning, customer training, maintenance and repair work     Carrying out fault and remote diagnoses   Preparation of work reports such as maintenance reports, commissioning reports     Your Profile :   C ompleted training as a mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer or comparable   Good PC and MS Office skills   Suitability as a respiratory protection device wearer according to G26 II   Driving license class B   Good knowledge of English   High quality awareness, independent work, commitment and very high flexibility as well as resilience and customer orientation </li>   Ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable position     W e offer :   A permanent employment contract (35-hour week) in a future-oriented industry with attractive remuneration according to the metal/electrical industry tariff   Intensive training through individual on-the-job programs   T argeted further development and training within a globally active company   Office equipment for your home office   On -call duty is paid additionally   A great team and a great working atmosphere await yo u   At least 30 days of vacation per year - up to a maximum of 14 days of vacation per year additionally possible (depending on overnight stays away from home)     Expenses for assembly work up to max. 44€ per day
