We are seeking a Project Assistant Administrator to support the Project Delivery Team with the deployment of Global Infrastructure Projects.  The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a Project Administrator in IT, they must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as having a general understanding of project delivery within a Global IT organization. The Project Assistant Administrator will report to the IT Project Portfolio Manager. Project Coordinator – Key Job Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or equivalent work experience (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in project administration, or other IT support roles Core Skills Must be a team player with strong organizational and communication skills Excellent written skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Experience with MS Project and/or Smartsheet Willingness to learn Project Support & Administration Assist the project manager with administrative duties and processes Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and distribute meeting minutes Assist PMs with tracking PMO governance requirements ensuring all required documentation is completed Maintain project status and provide regular reports highlighting risks/issues
