Job Description: J ob Title Trade and/or Transaction Associate Corporate Title Associate Location Jacksonville, FL Overview As a member of the Investment Management Group (IMG) you will facilitate trade settlements, payment allocations and corporate actions for Corporate Trust clients. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards to ensure seamless and compliant transaction processing. Primary functions include: Settlement of trades Allocation of income and principal payments to client investment accounts End of day settlement review and reconciliation Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, supporting other processing and project needs within the US Custody Operations business Skills You’ll Need Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking capabilities Flexibility to prioritize and support workloads from multiple teams Knowledge of Microsoft Office Acute attention to detail Securities industry experience Skills That Will Help You Excel Technical inclination to learn new applications Initiative to work with multiple products Flexible and able to work overtime Ability to work as a team in a diverse environment Expectations It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $48,000 to $ 74,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
