Job Summary As a Repair Technician Valves at Flowserve, you will perform repairs and upgrades on on/off Valves and Control Valves that require maintenance. The variety of our products is very large, so each unit has a unique or new challenge for you. Every project starts with the disassembly, cleaning, inspection and assessment of all valve parts. As soon as all parts are available or repaired, you assemble the valve. If you want to put your knowledge as a Repair Technician Valves into practice in our Valve QRC in Roosendaal, we look forward to receiving your application. Your role Upon arrival, you completely disassemble the valves, clean it and inspect it. You determine whether parts need to be replaced or repaired For this you use various equipment to map the dimensions of parts and components. You process this in a short inspection report with repair advice. You translate specific customer questions into realistic repair proposals that you discuss with your colleague. As a Repair Technician, you work together with various departments such as Assembly, Welding & Machining, Project Management and Planning / Work Preparation. Your profile You have technical education at Vocational (MBO) level You see it as a challenge to be able to do the repairs or upgrades valves from start to finish. You are mechanically strong, basic knowledge of valves or oil&gas equipment is a good fit. The following terms are a good fit for you; Maintenance and repair, knowledge of material types  repair methods. Good command of the Dutch and English language. In your spare time you like to tinker with engines, cars or have other technical hobbies. We offer you In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive 8% holiday pay and 5% end-of-year bonus. You have 40 days off with a full-time employment contract (27+13 ADV). Full-time position in the day shift with occasional overtime, of course reimbursed.
