Job Description: Job Title: E-Commerce Client Service (eCS) Analyst, NCT Location: Bangalore, India Role Description The eCommerce Client Services (eCS) business offers global support for our clients to execute trades across various Electronic Trading Platforms. Asset classes supported include Foreign Exchange, Listed Derivatives, Fixed Income and Money Markets. Business hubs supported include London, New York, Frankfurt, Tokyo, Singapore and Sydney and is supported by dedicated operational teams across the globe. To escalates unusual activity (high or low volumes new client activity, slow systems, delayed approvals).  Work with internal stake holders (Sales and Traders) and ensure the client trading profile is accurate. To enable and amend and off-board Client trading profiles. Ensure that all our clients can access front end trading systems promptly.
