Job Description: DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Responsibilities: The Senior Frontend Developer should be able to understand and implement user requirements by building, enhancing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions in response to business problems and is able to take the leadership of a team on development related work. Lead the continuous architecture, development, and implementation of complex, high-quality frontend applications ensuring maintainability and future scalability, including mitigation for risks. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Backend Engineers (for API integration), QA Engineers (for bug resolution), Business Analysts and Project Owners (for requirements analysis), and Web Designers (for design implementation). Can mentor and support junior developers and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization. Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests, verifying integrated components according to software test plans. Participate actively in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle, from planning and estimation to development and deployment.   Skills : Proficiency in Javascript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS ( including libraries like Material UI) , JSX, React + State Management libraries ( ex. Redux, Zustand ), RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming ( Nice to have: Axios, Postman or Bruno ). Experience in unit testing frameworks ( ex. Jest, React Testing Library ). Familiarity with version control systems ( ex. Git ), developer tools and debugging. Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms. Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical and business problems building high-quality software, critical attention to detail and deadlines.
