Job Description: Job Title: Software Engineer Location: Pune, India Corporate Title: AS Role Description This role is for Software Development Engineer responsible for developing and unit testing software applications. The candidate is expected to work closely with Team Leads or Software Development Managers and other key stake holders to ensure good quality, maintainable, scalable and high performing software applications are delivered to users. Candidate/Applicant should be coming from a strong technological background. Should be hands on and be able to work independently requiring minimal technical/tool guidance. Should be able to technically guide and mentor junior resources in the team. Work closely with team members and vendor team to design and develop software. Strong technical knowledge and experience in Database - Oracle Should have sound knowledge in Build tools - maven(preferably),gradle. Should have sound knowledge in web server like tomcat (preferably), weblogic. Should have sound knowledge in revision control system – Git (preferably), Svn Should have sound knowledge in Unit testing framework – Junit (preferably), Mockito Some exposure to UI Frameworks like Angular, React. Nice to have Some exposure on ibatis ORM framework. Some exposure in Unix and Red Hat Linux Full Stack Development experience Knowledge of Spring Cloud dataflow Understanding of BDD frameworks Education/ Qualifications Batchelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer science or relevant field.
