Job Description: Job Title: Debt Capital Markets Syndicate Associate Location: London Corporate Title: Associate The Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team are product specialists responsible for winning and executing debt capital market business and providing expertise to frequent and prospective issuers in partnership with Investment Banking Coverage, Institutional Client Group and Fixed Income.  Typical clients include public sector entities, corporates, banks and insurance companies and the primary products offered by the team are inaugural public bonds, private placements, covered bonds, Euro Medium Term Note programme (EMTN) issuance, liability management and bank capital considerations. The Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Syndicate desk is responsible for underwriting and placing debt financing solutions for Financial Institutions and Insurance Companies issuers.  You will be aiding in the execution of primary market transactions and providing debt capital markets expertise to clients across the specified sector with a focus on Financial Institutions and Insurance Companies.
