Job Description: Job Title: Contract Remediation PMO (CRI- PET) Corporate Title: AVP Location: Pune, India Role Description This role provides programme management office (PMO) and governance support for the GP Contract Remediation activities, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and reporting of various in scope programs. The PMO will coordinate governance forums, ensure appropriate and timely reporting, maintain programme artefacts, and support delivery teams in meeting agreed timelines. The role requires strong organisational and data analytics skills, stakeholder engagement, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting Problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex data to inform decision-making Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience supporting governance forums Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced delivery environment Team player with strong interpersonal skills Preferred Experience Familiarity with PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint) Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Copilot for enhanced productivity, reporting, and documentation Background in contract lifecycle management, or technology-enabled contract solutions Understanding of risk reporting, programme KPIs, and delivery metrics Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
