Job Description: Job Title: SAS DMS dbDocStore Product Management Lead, VP Location: Pune, India Role Description The Product Management Lead is accountable for defining and delivering platform and product capabilities across the Bank’s IT infrastructure and enterprise platforms. The role focuses on aligning business strategy with technology execution, ensuring scalable, resilient, and cost‑effective solutions that integrate seamlessly into end‑to‑end business processes. This role provides functional leadership over engineering delivery, drives product strategy and roadmap execution, and ensures strong governance across architecture, quality, cost transparency, and operational sustainability. The Product Management Lead works closely with engineering, architecture, finance, and business stakeholders to maximize product value and optimize technology investments. Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform and infrastructure products, aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements. Provide functional oversight of engineering delivery across multiple departments, ensuring priorities, dependencies, and outcomes are clearly articulated and achieved. Lead the planning and delivery of end‑to‑end product solutions , translating business needs into scalable, secure, and well‑architected platforms. Review and influence solution designs, delivery plans, and quality outcomes to improve engineering capability and promote reuse across the organization. Lead cross‑functional collaboration between business, engineering, platform, security, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Ensure financial transparency and cost optimization of product portfolios by working closely with finance and technology teams on budgeting, forecasting, and value realization. Establish clear product governance , risk management, and stakeholder communication Your skills and experience Must Have 15+ years of experience in technology product management, platform delivery, or large‑scale enterprise systems within banking or regulated environments. Domain experience in enterprise content management, document management, and records management is strongly preferred. Proven experience leading complex, cross‑platform product portfolios involving infrastructure, backend systems, and enterprise platforms. Solid knowledge of technology financial management , including: Cost modeling and chargeback/showback, Budgeting and forecasting, Cost optimization and value tracking Hands‑on experience or strong working knowledge of Apptio (TBM / TFM) tools for technology cost transparency, reporting, and decision support. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills , with the ability to influence across business and technology leadership. Demonstrated ability to lead in matrixed, multi‑vendor, and globally distributed teams .
