Job Description: Details of the Division and Team:     Credit Solutions Asia Financing is a part of Global Financing & Credit Trading, Asia that covers a wide range of Fund Financing transactions for Funds and Financial Sponsors in the APAC region, including Subscription line, NAV based facilities and Back leverage solutions across various asset classes (Private Equity, Credit, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Secondaries and Special Situations).   What we will offer you:          A healthy, engaged and well-supported workforce is better equipped to do their best work and, more importantly, enjoy their lives inside and outside the workplace. You can expect: Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation services Comprehensive leave benefits Gender Neutral Parental Leave Hybrid working arrangement 21 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday A culture of continuous learning to aid progression Your key responsibilities: Undertaking credit and valuation analysis for Fund Financing transactions including but not limited to LP analysis and various fund assets in APAC Preparing Credit Memo, Financial models, Valuation reports, Scenario analysis and working with CRM team for approval of new transactions Working with clients and legal partners to structure and execute deals across the region To coordinate with all infrastructure teams for approvals on new transactions Monitoring existing transactions in the book from credit and risk standpoint, and seek approvals on any amendments/waivers required To help answer queries from other banks, investors, and insurers during syndication process To work with our Origination team to generate new transaction leads Your skills and experience: To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Tier 1 Investment bank’s loan , leveraged finance or fund financing business with focus on credit analysis and valuation of fund assets. Experience in subscription line facilities, NAV based lending, LBOs, illiquid share-backed margin loans, across corporate and fund space. Experience in carrying out deep dive credit & valuation analysis, financial modelling for companies across various sectors, structures across the capital stack of a Borrower Experience in reviewing and coordinating legal documentation Strong communication skills, analytical and detailed oriented ​ About us and our teams: Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network. click here to see what we do.
