Job Description: Job Title Associate – UK Investment Banking & Corporate Broking: Large-cap team Location London Corporate Title Associate The UK & Ireland investment banking coverage team at Deutsche Bank is a leading UKI-focused corporate broking and advisory franchise across all key investment banking products. Furthermore, Deutsche Bank acts as corporate broker to over 130 clients (70+ of which are FTSE350 constituents), making it one of the largest broking franchises and offering clients UKI equity market expertise, unrivalled investor connectivity and market‑leading ECM. The large-cap team predominantly focusses on servicing FTSE100 corporate broking clients, whilst acting on high profile listings and cross-border strategic/M&A matters. On a day-to-day basis you will interact with and advise both retained and target corporate clients, help in the preparation of advisory and pitch decks, and work on a variety of transaction types across the product suite. You will be directly responsible for regular client engagement, managing transaction processes, and assisting in providing regulatory, market-based and corporate finance advice. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues on the wider IBCM platform, including across EMEA and global sector and product teams.
