Who you are and what you’ll need to succeed.   Applicants must have at least 1 year of sales experience Must have Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written and listening)  Must be committed to working hard, have competitive spirit, and a solution provider.  Must be able to build rapport and have strong customer service skills.  Must be confident and can comprehend and interpret customer information.     What you'll do and how you’ll make your mark.   Closing sales from inbound and outbound phone calls from incoming emails and live chat.  Responding to Sales Account calls in a professional and timely manner while building rapport and doing data mining relevant to customer information.  Escalating serious sales issues and prioritizing these without any panic.  Having confidence and the ability to comprehend and interpret customer information.    Why you’ll love us.   Work-life balance .
