The Total Rewards, Senior Manager is responsible for the organization's global compensation, benefits, recognition, and rewards strategy. This role ensures the company's programs attract, retain, and motivate employees while aligning with business goals, market best practices, and regulatory requirements. Oversees the design, governance, and communication of all reward programs. What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. Compensation/Recognition Strategy & Management - Develop and execute a compensation strategy aligned with company goals. - Oversee job architecture and salary structure design. - Lead annual compensation cycle, ensuring fairness and equity. - Prepare competitive assessments. - Provide guidance on offers, promotions, and out of cycle salary adjustments. - Design sales and other incentive and recognition/reward programs that reinforce culture and business objectives. - Develop cost modeling and budgets. - Build and maintain reward dashboards, KPIs, and insights to guide decisions. Benefits Strategy & Management - Design and manage health, welfare, retirement, well-being, and time off programs. - Lead benefit renewals, plan and vendor reviews, vendor negotiations and RFPs. - Maintain awareness of market trends and assess program competitiveness against benchmarks. - Track plan performance, cost trends and employee experience indicators. Communications, Training and Process Optimization - Create communications that promote the value of total rewards. - Provide coaching and support to HR and managers on compensation practices and rewards philosophy. - Lead benefits enrollment communications, prepare training and communications regarding the annual compensation review process. - Oversee compensation and benefits functionality within Workday, promoting automation, process efficiency, and data integrity. - Participate in M&A due diligence and divesture/integration activities related to compensation and benefits. - Keep current on relevant laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits. Ensure compliance. Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field. Advanced degree preferred. - 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards with at least 5 years in a management role. - Demonstrated experience designing and implementing compensation, benefits, and reward/recognition programs for a multi-national organization. - Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making skills. - Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization. - Experience leading a team and driving cross-functional initiatives. - Workday experience preferred. - Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designations are highly desirable. - Strong understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.  Employment with Newfold Digital is at-will and nothing in this Job Description should be interpreted or construed to alter the at-will employment relationship.
