Je kunt aan de slag in één van onze 16 fabrieken. Op basis van jouw voorkeuren en de beschikbare vacatures kijken we samen waar de beste match ligt. In elke fabriek werk je met moderne productie‑installaties waarin de nieuwste technologische ontwikkelingen worden toegepast. Zo draag je bij aan het maken van materialen voor uiteenlopende markten, van sneakers tot voertuigen. Dankzij de afwisseling tussen binnen‑ en buitenwerkzaamheden leer je de fabriek door en door kennen. Je legt verbanden tussen verschillende systemen, anticipeert op mogelijke verstoringen en werkt nauw samen met collega’s. Veiligheid, open communicatie en kwaliteit staan daarbij altijd centraal, zodat we samen blijven zorgen voor producten van topkwaliteit. Verantwoordelijkheden Respecteren van beleid en procedures: Je werkt volgens vastgestelde richtlijnen om een veilige bedrijfsvoering te garanderen en de productiedoelstellingen te behalen binnen de geldende kwaliteits‑ en veiligheidsnormen. Bedienen en controleren van procesapparatuur: Je bewaakt het productieproces en grijpt in waar nodig. Beoordelen van afwijkingen en analyseren van fabriekscondities: Je monitort procesvoering en apparatuur, signaleert afwijkingen en onderneemt tijdig de juiste acties met oog voor veiligheid, milieu en kwaliteit. Hierbij maak je gebruik van moderne systemen voor uitvoering en rapportage. Technisch onderhoud en reparatie: Je voert zelfstandig of in teamverband onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, waaronder kleine reparaties en preventief onderhoud, volgens de geldende procedures. Procesverbetering: Je zet jouw proceskennis actief in om de prestaties van de fabriek te verbeteren, met bijzondere aandacht voor veiligheid en milieu. Kwalificaties Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 4 richting Procestechniek (relevante werkervaring niet vereist); Of Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 4 richting AOT (relevante werkervaring niet vereist); Of Een andere technische mbo-4 opleiding, waarbij je bereid bent een aanvullende procestechniekopleiding te volgen; Of Minimaal mbo niveau 3 Procestechniek + 3 jaar relevante operatorervaring, met de ambitie om niveau 4 te behalen. Of een technische TSO‑opleiding procestechniek (relevante werkervaring is niet verplicht). Of Een afgeronde technische BSO opleiding procestechniek met 3 jaar relevante werkervaring. Jouw vaardigheden Operationeel probleemoplossend vermogen: Je voert geplande werkzaamheden zorgvuldig uit en weet effectief te reageren op onverwachte situaties. Teamspeler: Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen en tussen ploegendiensten, deelt kennis en zorgt voor een soepele overdracht. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen. Leergierig: Je bent gemotiveerd om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen en volgt met enthousiasme een gestructureerd opleidingsprogramma om onze fabriek goed te leren kennen. Flexibiliteit: Je werkt in een 5‑ploegendienst en bent bereid om trainingen te volgen die nodig zijn om je rol optimaal te vervullen.
