Finance / Accounting (ca. 1/3 der Tätigkeit) Überwachung offener Lieferantenrechnungen und Klärung von Abweichungen mit Shared Service Centern Unterstützung bei Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen (z. B. GRNI-Prüfung und Rückstellungen) Sicherstellung der korrekten Kontierung (GL), Kostenstellenzuordnung und Steuercodes Bearbeitung von Eskalationen zu Rechnungen und Lieferantenzahlungen Unterstützung bei Audits und internen Kontrollen Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Finanzprozessen zur Stärkung von Transparenz und Compliance Procurement / Einkauf (ca. 1/3 der Tätigkeit) Lokaler Power User für Beschaffungssysteme wie Coupa sowie ERP-Systeme wie SAP ERP oder Oracle ERP Erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei Procure-to-Pay-Prozessen Durchführung von Schulungen und Anwendersupport Analyse von Open-PO-Reports, Spend-Reports, GRNI- und Lieferantenreports Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Lieferantenbewertungen und Vertragsprozessen Entwicklung eines KPI-basierten Einkaufsreportings Controlling (ca. 1/3 der Tätigkeit) Unterstützung und perspektivische Übernahme des CAPEX-Controllings Überwachung von Investitionsbudgets und Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen Erstellung von Forecasts und monatlichen Finanzreports Reporting in globale Finance-Strukturen und Management-Dashboards Betreuung von Capital Approval Requests (CAR) und Investitionsfreigaben Deine Qualifikationen, die uns bereichern. Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung in Finance, Controlling oder Procurement-Prozessen Gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (z. B.
